For Sean Hickey Sean Hickey has been providing consulting services to 20+ companies in installation and implementation of ETI Extract� 2.4 and 3.X. He has gone through the certification for 2.4 and 3.0 and in addition to consulting, is acting as an instructor for Master Users, Conversion Specialists, and certification classes. Currently, Sean is involved with Development of a Datawarehouse using ETI Extract tools for a large European Bank. His projects range from initial deployment to development and enhancement of Data System Libraries for COBOL/DB2, UDB, IMS, COBOL/FS, C/Oracle, C/Sybase, TurboImage, SAP, Tandem NSQL, Quark and DML (Medical Languages), Adabas, and Supra BDAM files. Sean has designed and implemented complex data warehouse solutions using ETI Extract� and other tools to solve IS problems in initial implementation and maintenance of the data warehouse and/or Data Marts. In addition, Sean has performed system migrations and developed migration strategies and has used Extract to architect real-time data interfaces and applications built around heterogeneous systems for clients using complex networks. Sean has had 7 years experience working with UNIX systems and client/server architecture, including device drivers and network systems programming in those environments. Clients have been financial, manufacturing, government, banking, medical, telecommunications, cable, and oil and gas companies. Prior to working at ETI, Sean was a consultant with IBM Austin as a systems programmer working with the TCP/IP AIX environment writing TCP applications and Internet applications for AIX and OS/2. He was also a systems analyst at MCI Telecommunications writing client/server software to integrate with Sybase and NT SQL servers. Systems experience include VMS, UNIX, NT, OS/2 and some MVS and languages are C, COBOL, PASCAL, LISP, C++ and FORTRAN and DBMS experience with ORACLE , SYBASE, RDB and NT SQL server.
